Filmmaker Statement

The story will show the connection between two energies regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and religion. Star will teach CALEB that no one can define who you are and your limitations except for you and that coincidences are just an illusion. I created this film for trans visibility, and having the black trans female as the heroine of the story, as well as to inspire people to be aware of their surroundings in their daily life, be receptive to their own angels, and notice when their own Star enters into their lives. 2020 was the deadliest year by record for trans women of color, it is important to tell stories that will empower and normalize trans people and relationships. The power of films is that we can design human perception and reinvent the heroes that inspire us, by creating cinematic experiences that design our world where everyone is equal.
