Filmmaker Statement

There's many reasons why I made this film but I made it for the Native community to smile and laugh about but to also have quick messages throughout! I made this film for Native women to feel seen and to dissolve the taboos of sexuality. I also invite people to challenge themselves with this film and to think critically about Native Women's issues. As a Queer Native filmmaker I love to give camp to my ideas and to showcase my heritage and community in a way that bends genres.
