Filmmaker Statement

Dear Viewer, A comedy about religion, morals, abortion rights...you might ask are these people out of their minds? Well yes of course we are...we are filmmakers. But in all seriousness, in making The Second Coming our intention was to introduce a very serious topic in a comedic light in order to allow the viewer the opportunity to laugh, while at the same time critically consider alternative perspectives surrounding these matters. This project is not designed to condemn anyone’s beliefs, nor ostracize those of different views or faiths. We believe in our current political times it's important to have open discourse and to be able to share a laugh with anyone and everyone. This topic is personal to the filmmakers and we sincerely hope no viewer takes offense. Much Love, The Cadmans
