Filmmaker Statement

'Threshold' was the first film I made after the pandemic when we were all locked in our homes. I've always had a great love for contained thrillers, specifically 'Rear Window', 'Wait Until Dark', and 'Repulsion'. With locations and crew numbers were still an issue for safety, my co-writer, Joe Stockton, and I opted to explore the themes and styles present in the thrillers listed above and apply our own style of storytelling to them.
